Victoria was a fantastic partner to us, as we went about the process of buying our home in Skokie/Evanston. She was very knowledgeable about the area, including giving us advanced notice about houses that are about to hit the market, so we could see them right away (or, in some cases, even before they hit the market). When we ran into a issues at the inspection, Victoria went above and beyond by calling several companies to make sure the seller's were doing the correct work to remediate the issue and ensure the issues don't re-appear. And, Victoria is very responsive. If she missed our call, we always had a call back within an hour or two. We'd use Victoria again in a heartbeat, if we move the the future.
